WHAT
Vietnamese gin made with native and heirloom Vietnamese botanicals - pomelo blossom, jasmine, ylang ylang, ngọc lan (white jade orchid), and móng rồng (tail grape) along with Juniper sourced from Macedonia. The base neutral spirit is produced from rice and molasses. The Botanicals are grouped by their flavor profiles and volatility, macerated in neutral spirit, and separately distilled before blending.
