55% Merlot; 45% Cabernet Sauvignon

Their grapes are always hand-harvested and varieties are kept in separate batches until blending. Fermentation occurs with natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks, and aging takes place in new French Oak for 24 months. After a final blend, the wine is aged in the bottle for five years before release.
