Monasterio de las Viñas is one of Cariñena's benchmark estates — a DO in Aragón, an hour south of Zaragoza, where old Garnacha vines and high altitude produce wines of real depth and value. The Crianza is their flagship: Tempranillo, Garnacha, and Mazuelo, aged 12 months in American and French oak.
Dark cherry, plum, toasted spice, vanilla, and a clean dry finish. The 2021 vintage was warm and dry in Aragón — concentrated fruit, good structure.
