A few years back we built a May window featuring tea roses, bonnets, and little bells alongside a board with lyrics from a favorite song. Folks came by and told us their Show stories and their Jerry stories (we're here for it!), but the window was really for Moms, you guys! All the beauty they create, the way the sound of their bells ripple and last. It's wild to realize that window was 3 years ago, that we opened the Shop almost 5 years ago. It feels like yesterday. That's how your Mom feels about You…and the passing of Time…it's the most valuable thing. 

 

We've released the seventh Dahling Wine Bundle. It's a two-pack and extra-special because this edition celebrates Moms. It includes two sparkling wines (with gravitas!). Both made méthode champenoise, where second fermentation happens in the bottle resulting in a long and persistent perlage (it's all about the perlage, Dahling!), both from small producers with story and grit, both from varieties with good posture (Elbling & Nebbiolo), both with memorable aromatics, enlivening acidity, and a finish that resonates…just like the lessons we've learned from our Moms, in various ways, on various timelines…they last forever; we promise.
