90% Grenache, 10% Syrah

9 micro parcels in southern Rhone's Ventoux region living between 3o0 and 450 meters above sea level (not too low, not too high, just right).

Manually harvested in 350kg tubs, manually sorted, and directly pressed. After one week, cold vatting and the start of alcoholic fermentation after one week Two punch-downs spaced a few days apart, then a light pumping-over. This wine is unfiltered with a slight sulphiting upon bottling.
