Marsanne and Roussanne

The Dabyminga Vineyard in the Tallarook district of the Upper Goulburn, Central Victoria, at a high altitude region a one-and-a-half hour drive north from Melbourne, Australia.

Hand picked, whole bunch pressed, wild yeast fermented in French oak barriques (20% new). Batonage for the first 4 months, then left on lees for a further 8 months.
