WHAT
Made from 100% molasses - Produced in accordance with the Saint Lucia Rum Geographical Indication, Open fermented for 36–45 hours in concrete tanks using proprietary yeast and water from the Roseau River. Distilled in a Coffey column still and aged 2–3 years in ex–bourbon barrels before local fruits and spices are added over an additional 6 months.
