100% Malbec

Malbec (Cot Noir), Argentina. Grapes from Finca Victoria, at an altitude of 1,050 metres (3,440 feet) above sea level, located just meters from their winery in Las Compuertas.

Cold maceration during 7 days at 7º C. Alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts during 20 days at 25-27º in concrete containers without epoxy and 3 daily pump-overs. Malolactic fermentation in 600 liters 3rd and 4th use French barrels for 30 days. Aged for 4 months in the same French oak barrels and 3 more months in concrete containers without epoxy.
