About 10-hectares of young vines and old in the Loire Valley, just outside the village of Chahaignes where Jean-Pierre grew up.
Jean-Pierre owned one of the first natural wine bars in Paris, called L'Ange Vin. He was also one of the founders of one of France's most influential wine magazines, Rouge et Blanc. He wanted to make the kind of wine he has based his life's journey on.

Organically, biodynamically, with great intuition and patience. This wine is a petillent naturel and has been disgorged to release the yeast before being topped off and sent to market. There is a little effervescence and a lot of charm.
