In southern Rhone’s Lirac AOC located on the east side of the Rhone River with its sandy red marl soil.
Stephane’s family has been making wine in the area of Chateauneuf du Pape and Lirac for generations; he is working to carry on and continually improve this tradition.
The harvest is decided by tasting the grapes every day. Grapes go through two sortings, are full destemmed, and stay in contact with skins for 23 days. Aged between steel and concrete tanks and bottle unfiltered.
