Can Feixes Blanc Selecció 2024 is an organically certified white wine from the Penedès DO in Catalonia, Spain, produced by the Huguet de Can Feixes family estate. Crafted from Parellada, Macabeo, Xarel·lo, Chardonnay, and Malvasia de Sitges, it is made entirely from estate-grown grapes harvested by hand from organically farmed vineyards. Fermented in stainless steel and briefly aged on its lees, the wine shows fresh aromas of citrus, white flowers, green apple, and Mediterranean herbs. Light to medium-bodied with bright acidity and a clean mineral finish, it is a versatile food wine that pairs well with seafood, white fish, salads, and light Mediterranean cuisine.
